Drives out on summer days along our beautiful coast roads.. stopping off for coffee and cakes or ice cream at various beach kiosks along the way.. wonderful!
Residents also enjoyed lunch out at the Pembroke and Trinity arms..
Sunday art classes are still very popular, as is ‘Memories are made of this’, and board games in the sun.
The ‘Tallest sunflower competition’, was won by Mrs C.G.. a large box of her favourite chocolates was her prize..
The winner is a ‘dwarf’ variety and isn’t supposed to grow more than 4 feet, so well done Mrs C.G.!
A fantastic evening of entertainment was held in the garden, when we had the wonderful ‘On the Wagon’ come to visit.
Over 30 instruments are played by these talented musicians, and the Scottish, Irish, and Ceilidh music had everyone up and dancing..
Two brooms make a good substitute for crossed swords for Mags and Sandi :-))
Deputy Manager Mags seems to have flung the Highland fling!
A huge thank you to ‘On the Wagon’ .. we can’t wait until you come back! :-))
